This rare breed of horse is a one of a kind. Their entire body is made up of mist! This includes their mane, tail, wings (if they have them), and any other features.[1][2]

As they are made up entirely of mist, the Equine Water Elemental's bodies are held together by their inner magic, which keeps them from dissolving into the air.[1]
