Marta Thomas
Appearance
Marta is a young girl with slightly tanned skin, green eyes, freckles, and wavy red hair. She can most often be found wearing clothes that allow her to work on her farm, and of course her trusty apron!
Personality
Marta Thomas lives on her family's farm in Overgaard Skylands, raising Bovos. Her family consists of her mother, her father, and her baby brother Toby. As her family is poor, they raise mainly Bovos that produce strawberry milk, as it is the cheapest. [1][2]
History
When her family is at risk of losing their farm to the Miltondotters, the legendary horse Nike arrives. Nike admires her determination, and together, they work to compete and win the Trial of Avengaard race. With the winning money Nike helps her gain, Marta is able to buy her family's farm. [1]
Marta is also the Camp Counselor during Summer Camp festivities. [3]
Relationships
Nike
Marta is friends with the legendary horse Nike, although he comes and goes freely and does not live with Marta or her family. [1]
Bovos
In the game Bella Sara Adventures, she has three Bovos; one yellow, one brown, and one pink. Her favorite bovo is Penelope, a mischievous bovo who is prone to trouble. But Marta loves Penelope, and her spirit reminds her of her own. She likes riding Penelope and pretending she is a flying horse.
Mister Bartholomew
Marta and her family are close friends with Mister Bartholomew. They sometimes provide him milk to sell during festivals. [1]
