Appearance
Phoebe is a moonlight white pegasus mare with a matching mane, tail, feathers, and heavy feathering. The feathers on her wings are shaped like snowflakes. She has black hooves, a light pink muzzle, and visibly light turquoise eyes.[1]
Personality
Phoebe appreciates hearing different opinions and listens to her friend's points of view; however, she knows when an idea can be harmful and trusts her gut to tell her when to speak up when something is wrong.
