Personality
Mr. Miltondotter is a shrewd businessman. He has no qualms with kicking out tenants who can't pay him or produce fruitful farms on his many floating islands.
Relationships
Tiff Miltondotter
Harold is Tiff's father. He may be snooty like his daughter, although this is unknown. He does, however, pamper his daughter and give her anything she asks for.
The Thomas Family
Harold also owns the island that the Thomas's live on.
