Appearance
Osage is a mare with transparent butterfly wings. She has a light yellow coat with a light orange mane and tail, her hooves are light gray and she has two daisies next to her ear. In one of the strands of her mane, she has a feather with two beads.[3]
Personality
Osage understands that opinions may change and something she may have wanted to do may become undesirable as she matures. She is not afraid to tell her friends and herself that her ideals have changed. She is lighthearted, and also independent. [4][5]
Magical Gift
Osage can fly high in the sky, which is strange because her wings are small. She appears to walk among the clouds, suggesting she might also be a wind walker. She leave a trail of daisies behind her as she flies.

The Name Game
"The tribe Osage is based on are located in Missouri, Kansas. They are the wealthiest Native American tribe due to the discovery of oil on their Oklahoma reservation.
The Osage built permanent villages in the woods of Missouri and Arkansas and went on twice yearly buffalo hunting expeditions in the plains. They raised corn, squash and vegetables. They also hunted deer and rabbit. Thus, the Osage incorporated some aspects of the Great Plains culture as well as being a woodlands tribe. The Osage clashed with the Kiowa and the Comanche. George A. Custer employed Osage scouts in his campaign against the Cheyenne and Arapaho in 1867.
The Osage were resettled in “Indian Territory” (Oklahoma) in the 1870s. Their lives changed forever in 1897 with the discovery of oil on the Oklahoma land that had been allotted to them. An unbelievably fortunate clause in their treaty with the U.S. allowed them to keep their mineral rights. But this was not all to the good as unscrupulous non-natives sought to acquire this wealth through fraud or theft. Since the 1920s, the Osage have been embroiled in tribal governmental and constitutional issues. The headquarters of the Osage is in Pawhuska, Oklahoma."[6]
