Promo Cards are special cards that can not be found in booster packs.
"Starlights" Promos can be found in issue 5 of the Czech Bella Sara Magazine or issue 35 of the French Bella Sara Magazine.
The “Starlights” series is the 14th Bella Sara set first introduced in October 2010[1] as an international release.[2]
The series introduces the horses of the lost Herd Starlight, The Legendary Horse Constellations, and Emma and Colm's new Magical Friends: Friska the Purrwing and Frostbite the Valeryk Husky. [3]
Appearance
"Starlights" cards are light blue with rainbow stars decorating the border and a yellow shooting star in the upper left-hand corner. In the upper right-hand corner of each card is the royal crest of the herd an individual horse belongs to.
There is a total of 112 card: 45 regular cards, 10 story cards, 55 shiny cards, and 2 Promo Cards cards. Shiny cards have a "Mirror" foil design. Promo Cards in this series do not have inspirational quotes but do have individual codes for the Classic Bella Sara Website.

Boosters
"Starlights" cards come in booster packs that contain 1 copper/silver/gold ticket card and 5 cards: 4 horse/character cards and 1 story card. Shiny cards are always placed at the end of the pack. English packs also contain 1 random sticker card.
Boosters are available in single blister packs; blister boxes (12 blister packs); blister cases (12 blister boxes: 180 blister packs); booster hangers (Italian only, 8 packs), booster boxes (24 packs); booster cases (12 booster boxes: 288 boosters); and gravity feeders (24 packs).

Each ticket card in "Starlights" activated horses and horseshoes on the Classic Bella Sara Website and adventures for the defunct Bella Sara Adventures.
Approximately 5 Tickets were needed to play all adventures through.[4]

Trivia
- On the French version of Thunder's constellation card, both the regular and the foil, Constellation is misspelled as "Constalltion."
