"Mythology"
The "Mythology" series is the 5th Bella Sara set introduced in November, 2007,[1] and was a Europe-only release.[2]
The series is a combination of the "Northern Lights" and "Ancient Lights" sets which were both North American and Scandinavian-exclusive releases.
Appearance
"Mythology" cards are identical to "Ancient Lights" cards: pink with repeating square patterns and leaves along the border. The difference between the two is the card numbering: "Ancient Lights" is numbered out of 55 whereas "Mythology" is out of 110. The series features horses named after various Celtic, Norse, Greek, and Roman mythological figures. [3]
There is a total of 152 cards: 56 common cards, 34 rare cards, 20 energy cards, 34 Shiny cards, and 8 promo cards. This makes "Mythology" the largest Bella Sara series ever produced![2][4]
Shiny cards have a rainbow "Glitter" pattern along the card background or on the horse art itself.
Boosters
"Mythology" cards come in booster packs that contain 5 trading cards: 3-4 common cards, 1-2 rare cards, and 0-1 energy cards.
Boosters are available in single blister packs, blister boxes, booster boxes (36 packs), combo packs (1-2 packs), Box of Wonders (2 packs), Asmodée Tins (2-4 packs), and 2009 Holiday Hidden City Games Tins (1 pack).
